Do you provide free samples for quality evaluation?
Absolutely. We provide free samples to verified global wholesalers and manufacturers. Standard samples are typically ready in 3 days. While samples are free, clients cover express courier freight (DHL/FedEx), which is refundable upon first formal bulk order.
How do you manage lead times for high volume orders?
Our 60+ automatic assembly lines operate on a 24-hour cycle. A standard 40’GP container is typically ready within 20-25 days. Peak season schedules are proactively managed by our AEO-certified export team.
What international quality certifications do you possess?
Our factory is ISO 9001:2015 certified. Most core products carry formal SGS cycle-testing reports and RoHS/REACH certificates to meet strict entry requirements of European and American markets.
What are your standard payment and trade terms?
We typically operate on a T/T basis (30% deposit, 70% balance against B/L copy). Common trade terms we support include FOB (Shenzhen/Guangzhou), CIF, and EXW for clients managing consolidation in China.
Can we visit your factory for a physical inspection?
We highly welcome factory audits. Seeing our automation and lab in person builds long-term trust. We provide pickup services from Chaoshan High-speed Railway Station or Jieyang Chaoshan Airport (SWA).
