Overview

These Terms of Supply apply to business transactions, product inquiries, sample requests, quotations, purchase orders, OEM projects, and export cooperation between customers and KONDA Hardware.

KONDA Hardware is a B2B furniture hardware and door hardware supplier. Our products include hinges, drawer slides, door hinges, door stoppers, door accessories, furniture accessories, and OEM hardware solutions.

Quotation and Pricing

Product prices are provided based on customer requirements, product model, material, finish, order quantity, packaging method, customization level, and delivery terms.

Quotation May Include

• Product model and specifications
• Material and surface finish
• MOQ and order quantity
• Unit price and currency
• Packaging method
• Estimated production lead time
• Trade terms, such as EXW, FOB, CIF, or other agreed terms

Unless otherwise stated, quotations are for reference only before order confirmation. Prices may change due to raw material costs, exchange rate changes, packaging changes, quantity changes, or customized requirements.

Order Confirmation

Orders are considered confirmed only after product details, quantity, price, packaging, delivery terms, payment terms, and lead time have been agreed in writing.

Order Confirmation Should Include

• Buyer company information
• Product name, model, and specifications
• Order quantity
• Material and surface treatment
• Logo, label, or packaging requirements if applicable
• Payment terms
• Delivery terms and shipping destination
• Required documents, if any

Any change after order confirmation may affect price, production schedule, packaging, or delivery time. Additional costs caused by changes requested by the buyer may be charged separately.

Samples

Samples may be provided for product evaluation, quality checking, market testing, or project confirmation. Sample availability depends on product model, stock status, finish, and customization requirements.

Sample Conditions

• Standard samples may be available faster than customized samples.
• Sample fees may apply depending on product type and quantity.
• Courier cost is usually paid by the buyer or charged separately.
• Customized samples may require additional development time.
• Sample appearance or packaging may differ from final bulk order if not specifically confirmed.

Buyers are encouraged to confirm all specifications before placing bulk orders, including material, size, surface finish, function, packaging, and installation requirements.

OEM and Customization

KONDA Hardware supports OEM and custom hardware projects, including customized product specifications, surface finishes, packaging, labels, logos, and product development based on buyer requirements.

OEM Requirements May Include

• Product drawings or technical specifications
• Physical samples for reference
• Material and thickness requirements
• Surface finish and color requirements
• Logo, label, carton, or packaging design
• Testing standards or market compliance requirements

If molds, tooling, printing plates, or special materials are required, related costs and ownership arrangements should be confirmed in writing before development begins.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are subject to agreement between KONDA Hardware and the buyer before order confirmation. Standard payment methods and deposit requirements may vary depending on order size, customer relationship, product type, and customization level.

Common Payment Arrangements

• Deposit before production
• Balance payment before shipment
• Bank transfer or other agreed payment method
• Special terms for long-term qualified partners, if approved

Bank charges, transfer fees, and other payment-related costs are usually the responsibility of the payer unless otherwise agreed.

Production and Lead Time

Production lead time depends on product category, order quantity, material availability, finish requirements, packaging requirements, production schedule, and quality inspection process.

• Raw material availability
• Order quantity and product complexity
• Surface treatment process
• OEM packaging or logo requirements
• Sample approval time
• Peak season production schedule
• Force majeure or unexpected supply chain conditions

Estimated lead time is provided for planning purposes. Final delivery schedule should be confirmed after deposit, sample approval, and production arrangement.

Quality Control

KONDA Hardware applies quality control procedures during production and before shipment. Inspection may include appearance, dimensions, material, function, surface finish, packaging, and quantity checking.

• Incoming material inspection
• Production process checking
• Surface finish inspection
• Functional testing
• Packaging inspection
• Pre-shipment inspection

Buyers may arrange third-party inspection before shipment if required. Inspection requirements, standards, timing, and related costs should be confirmed in advance.

Delivery and Shipping

Delivery terms depend on the agreed trade terms. KONDA Hardware may assist with shipping arrangements, export documents, packing information, and logistics coordination based on buyer requirements.

Shipping Terms May Include

• EXW factory pickup
• FOB Chinese port
• CIF destination port
• Air freight, sea freight, or express delivery
• Buyer-appointed forwarder

Freight cost, destination port charges, import duties, customs clearance fees, taxes, and local delivery charges are usually the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

KONDA Hardware is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspection, shipping company delays, port congestion, force majeure, incorrect buyer information, or destination country regulations.

Packaging

Standard export packaging is provided according to product type and shipping requirements. Custom packaging, private label cartons, barcode labels, color boxes, or special packing methods may require additional cost and longer preparation time.

Packaging Options May Include

• Standard bulk packaging
• Inner box and master carton
• Private label packaging
• Customized barcode or product label
• Reinforced export carton
• Pallet packing if required

Packaging artwork, label content, and logo files should be provided and confirmed by the buyer before production.

Claims and After-Sales Support

If the buyer finds product shortage, damage, quality issue, or packaging issue after receiving goods, the buyer should notify KONDA Hardware within a reasonable time and provide complete supporting evidence.

Claim Evidence May Include

• Order number or invoice information
• Product model and quantity involved
• Clear photos or videos
• Carton labels and packing information
• Inspection report, if available
• Description of the issue and affected quantity

KONDA Hardware will review the claim based on order details, production records, inspection results, and submitted evidence. Reasonable solutions may include replacement, credit, repair support, or other agreed measures.

KONDA Hardware is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, improper storage, transportation damage after risk transfer, or normal wear and tear.

Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

Product drawings, designs, logos, packaging artwork, molds, samples, technical information, and business documents shared by either party should be treated as confidential when marked or reasonably understood as confidential.

Buyers are responsible for ensuring that any logo, brand name, packaging design, or custom product design provided to KONDA Hardware does not infringe the rights of any third party.

KONDA Hardware will not intentionally disclose confidential buyer project information to unrelated third parties except where necessary for production, packaging, logistics, or legal compliance.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KONDA Hardware’s responsibility for any confirmed product issue is generally limited to the value of the affected goods or other solution agreed in writing.

KONDA Hardware shall not be liable for indirect losses, lost profits, business interruption, installation losses, resale losses, or third-party claims unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing.

Force Majeure

KONDA Hardware shall not be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, epidemic, government restrictions, customs delays, port congestion, transportation interruption, labor disputes, power shortages, raw material shortages, or other force majeure events.

Updates to These Terms

KONDA Hardware may update these Terms of Supply from time to time to reflect changes in business operations, product supply process, export requirements, or website content. The updated version will be posted on this page.
